I would like to lease 2009 BMW X5 DIESEL...? - lease used bmw

I live in Rockville, Maryland.

I tried to rent luxury SUVs just found this offer to a BMW dealers on the site in my area.

He said:

[Special just announced!

or
Finance 2.9%

2009 BMW X5 Twin Turbo Diesel Panarama roof, heated seats, keyless entry and BMW Ultimate Service.

* Stock # 138,006. Conditions: 36 months/10 000 miles per year. Lease required $ 3,500 plus expenses to 1, refunddable down payment, taxes, tags, and the payment of acquisition. BMW Lease Conquest money is already being used in the calculation of the lease. The funds approved by BMWF. Vehicle is not presenting the actual vehicle. Offer ends June 30.2009. Subject to prior sale. Must qualify for the leasing or financing BMWF.]

Is this reasonable? Can I still negotiate on the down payment and monthly payments, even if it is a special offer that?

Is this the kind of vehicle you really want? Keep in mind that diesel engines require diesel fuel, not everywhere be available. They are also louder than the powers of the gas vehicles. The lease may only 10,000 miles per year and is not much. If you have more than the miles you have to pay a fine.

I've also noticed a flattening of $ 3,500 and a set of learning in general. This arrangement sounds good on the surface ($ 479) per month, but not so good if you read the fine print.
