not really the first symptoms. However, throat and mouth sores are a recurrent theme during the illness of a patient with AIDS - or at least, if progressive HIV AIDS. AIDS is a disease in itself - is an end to the immune system. So really it's just that the other diseases to enter and build up your immune system vulnerable. Thus, the symptoms are very diverse.

Flu-like symptoms if the virus is the first contract. While symptomatic (from positive to HIV / AIDS) is the most probable weight loss and night sweats, but also a growing stream of minor ailments, the difficulty of controlling the immune system begins to crumble.
